IN STORE PAYMENT PLAN

Designers Furniture is one of the few area retailers offering a convenient lay-away plan. This traditional method allows you to make installment payments on your new furniture without affecting or requiring credit. Simply make your furniture selections, and we’ll hold on to your furniture for your choice of one, three, or six-months, depending on the plan you choose. All you need is a down payment of 25% and then make one payment a month. No additional fees or charges. It’s that simple! Stop in or call us today to find out more.

SHIPPING

How Will My Order Ship?

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. We offer three types of shipping methods Curbside, Inside Delivery, and White Glove Delivery

Curbside delivery – by definition means the trucking service will park in front of your home and you will need to receive the product from the back of the truck. You will be responsible for inspecting the product at the time of delivery. In the event that you receive damaged merchandise, you must make all notations on the freight bill to ensure that Designers Furniture has the right to claim reimbursements. Failure to do this will void all insurance! If the damage is severe, please refuse ONLY the item that is damaged and make notations on the freight bill. If the product is nicked or scraped, please keep the product and make the proper remarks on the freight bill. The product will be repaired or replacement parts will be sent. Please notify Designers Furniture immediately during the time of delivery in the event that there is damage.

Inside Delivery – For this option, the trucking company will bring all the items into your home. However, they will not un-package or inspect it. They are merely bringing the delivery into your home for you. You will be responsible for inspecting the product at the time of delivery. You must make all notations on the freight bill to ensure that Designers Furniture has the right to claim reimbursements. Failure to do this will void all insurance!

White Glove DeliveryWhite glove delivery includes a scheduled delivery appointment, 2 or 3 man inside delivery, and placement of your items where requested. Assembly and installation if required is included, as well as removal and disposal of all packaging materials. Unusually large items, items requiring very technical instructions and difficult or hard to get to locations requiring abnormal service will be addressed and handled on an individual basis. You must inspect your merchandise at the time of delivery and note any damage and concern failure to do so will void all insurance. 

RETURN POLICY FOR FURNITURE

Before returning any merchandise, you must call or email us to receive approval and obtain a return authorization number.

Designers Furniture will accept returns of your furniture within 7 days of delivery. Items will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 20% of the price of the item(s) returned, in addition to the cost of shipping to your home and shipping the returned item(s) to our store.

All refunds will be issued after the merchandise has been received at our store and has been inspected. Please note: refunds will be issued within two weeks of the date that Designers Furniture has received and inspected the product.

The item(s) must be returned with all parts and accessories and must be in the original packaging/cartons, and in new condition. Charges for “Driver Assisted Curbside,” “Inside and Place,” “Inside Delivery and Set Up,” or "Liftgate" and all other white glove delivery, are non-refundable.

In the rare instance that an item is received damaged or with defect, Designers Furniture will provide a resolution with a repair, or a replacement, depending on the nature of the problem. If the customer instead wishes to return the item, the product will be refunded subject to a restocking fee as described above.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All items that are considered special order and are not cancelable after 5 days from the receipt of your first deposit. If canceled after 5 days, a 20% restocking charge will apply. In the event that you choose to cancel your order, your must call or email us for a cancelation within 5 days is required for a full refund.

RETURN POLICY FOR ACCESSORIES

(Includes: Wall Art, Mirrors, Lighting, Vases, Sculptures, Centerpieces, Pillows, and Rugs)

Before returning any merchandise, you must call or email us to receive approval and obtain a return authorization to return it to us.

If you are not satisfied with the item you may return your purchase for any reason within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund excluding our actual shipping and handling costs.

Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund, which may differ from the shipping charges you paid.

Please be aware that once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products than have been assembled or modified. All refunds will be issued after the merchandise has been received at our warehouse and has been inspected. Please note: refunds will be issued within two weeks of the date that Designers Furniture has received and inspected the product.

WARRANTIES

Warranties will vary dependent upon the manufacturer. Please ask us about the specific warranty with your purchase. Replacement or repair is subject to manufacturers warranty and at the sole discretion of Designers Furniture.
